When you click on links on Mamaison website, you may leave our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Mamaison collects personal information from Customers who visit this Site and register with our Newsletter. We also use the email addresses used in the registration information to communicate with our Customers. From time to time, Mamaison Management may contact you via email to notify you of changes to its offer, information about Mamaison and promotional material from Mamaison Hotels & Residences. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Mamaison shall use all reasonable endeavors to give you free access to your personal information in an appropriate scope. You may change or delete your personally identifiable information at any time by contacting us at email@example.com and clearly indicating that you wish to change or deactivate and delete such information.

We use other third Parties such as a booking engine company to book your room (s), or an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf. When you sign up for our services we will share your information as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

However, if users have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner.
