Bratislava Castle

The city’s dominant landmark and Bratislava’s most popular sight by far. Climb to the top of the Crown Tower and admire the beautiful view of the city, the Danube River and its lovely surroundings. Take a trip back into the past at the Museum of History, situated inside the castle.

It takes around 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Bratislava Castle.

Slavín War Memorial

After reaching the top, you'll see the city's 52⁠⁠-⁠⁠metre⁠⁠-⁠⁠high landmark before you in all its glory. The war memorial to fallen Soviet soldiers on Slavín hill is the biggest of its kind in Central Europe. Savour the breath⁠⁠-⁠⁠taking view of the city and, if you have a little time to spare, enjoy a pleasant stroll around the area.

St Martin’s Cathedral

You’ll find the biggest church in Bratislava around 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Even from a distance, you'll see the gilded replica of the royal crown, perched on the very top of the tower. St Martin's Cathedral is one of Bratislava’s most popular sights, with many valuable frescoes and sculptures to be seen inside.

Suspension bridge with the UFO observation point

The lift will whisk you up to a height of 95 metres. Treat yourself to some fine cuisine and a phenomenal view of the city in the exclusive restaurant. That’s how it feels to enjoy a unique visit to the UFO observation point. There’s a special “extra⁠⁠-⁠⁠terrestrial” treat awaiting you on the top of the SNP suspension bridge across the Danube.

Botanical Garden

Relax for a while, away from the day⁠⁠-⁠⁠to⁠⁠-⁠⁠day hustle and bustle. Recoup your energy amidst lavish greenery. Or “merely” admire almost 3,000 species of plants in the open air or in the many greenhouses. You will find all this at the Comenius University Botanical Garden, where you can walk amongst Australian flora or Japanese gardens.

Not far from here you can also enjoy Karloveská Zátoka, which is a real paradise for water sports lovers.

Eurovea

Visit the Eurovea centre for shopping and entertainment in Bratislava. This modern complex on the Danube waterfront is a popular leisure resort. As well as dozens of shops and restaurants, you’ll also find peace and quite in the adjacent park or on the promenade along the river.
